Virginia Tech’s School of Public and International Affairs has partnered with Virginia State Police to design a leadership program called CivilianLEAD.

The program mission is to empower and equip Virginia State Police’s civilian employees with the necessary leadership and management skills to excel in their roles and effectively serve their communities.
